A 25-hour intensive course designed to rebuild your fitness from the ground up. Train like a champ for four weeks with Simon Redmond (Mon/Wed/Fri) and Wayne Squires (Tue/Thu) — authentic boxing skills, total-body conditioning, kettlebells, battle ropes, and a finale you'll remember. By 7:15 AM you've accomplished more than 90% of your peers.
